Are you living with obesity or with overweight and weight related health conditions?

Study Purpose: The aim of this study is to test if the investigational medicines, macupatide and eloralintide, alone or in combination, can reduce body weight in adults living with obesity or overweight and without diabetes.Age Range: 18 to 75 years of age Conditions: Obesity, Overweight Trial Medicine: macupatide (LY3532226) and eloralintide (LY3841136) Placebo: Yes  How long will the trial take: The trial may last for up to 1 year and 5 months. Participants will have 18 planned visits. Trial Phase: 2b

Participants must:   be aged 18 to 75 years   have obesity (BMI of 30 or more) OR have overweight (BMI of 27 to less than 30) and at least 1 weight-related health condition

Participants must not:   have diabetes, including type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, or rare forms of diabetes mellitus. The only exception is gestational diabetes   taken medicine for weight loss in the last 6 months
