LAA2 is a new clinical research study from Eli Lilly and Company. It is testing if an investigational medicine (a medicine being studied) may help treat people with obesity or overweight and type 2 diabetes.
Can I join this study?
Yes, you may be able to join the
research study if you:
• Are aged 18 to 75 years
• Have a BMI of 27 kg/m2 or more
• Have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months
• Have not taken part in a clinical research study for obesity or overweight in the past year BMI stands for body mass index. It is a number that compares a person’s weight to their height. It can be used to tell if a person may be at risk of some health conditions.
