Inclusion Criteria#

Age: 18 years of age or older

Body Mass Index (BMI) between 27 and 40 kg/m²

Are living with overweight or obesity

May have Type 2 Diabetes

Have a history of at least one unsuccessful attempt at weight loss through diet and exercise

Have increased liver fat

Are willing to review, understand, and sign an informed consent form
